Two Injured in Alcohol-Related Accident on Highway 41

February 4th, 2008 · No Comments

Two Oshkosh residents were injured Friday morning in a two-car collision on Highway 41 just north of Fond du Lac, WI. Police reports indicate that a 35 year old man from Oshkosh driving a pickup northbound lost control of the truck and collided with another pickup driven by Amanda Lancour, 17, also of Oshkosh. Lancour suffered minor injuries and was taken to Aurora Medical Center for treatment. The man’s truck spun out of control and overturned several times. He sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to St. Agnes Hospital.

The man, whose name was not released, will be charged with DWI causing injury (his third offense), driving while suspended, and reckless driving.
